Xiaojing focuses on design patent prosecution, counseling and litigation.
Xiaojing has worked with Beijing Zhongzi Law Office Since 2007. She has provided legal services to many multinational companies. She represents clients in patent invalidation proceedings before Patent Re-examination Board and infringement lawsuits before the Court. She also counsels on validity, patentability, infringement and enforcement matters relating to mechanical patents.

Xiaojing graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology with B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, and obtained JM degree in Intellectual Property Law from Peking University.
