As a registered Chinese patent attorney and lawyer, Mr. Jian Ci understands both Chinese and Western patent systems. Mr. Ci has extensive expertise on obtaining intellectual property protection under patent, opining on patent infringement and validity, enforcing patent rights through litigation and administrative measures, and assisting companies in managing their intellectual property portfolios.
Mr. Ci practices mainly in the area of intellectual property with an emphasis on patent matters. His patent practice focuses on mechanical engineering, automobile, industrial technologies and optical technologies.
Mr. Ci has worked with Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd. as a patent engineer from 2009 to 2011. Mr. Ci joined Zhongzi Law Office in 2011 and has provided legal services to many multinational companies.

Mr. Ci graduated from Beijing University of Technology in China with M.S. degree in optics.
